I have no idea who this is, however, I am sure I did not bill the person or I would not have failed to return a call. I try to help anyone I can and I apologize that returning all of the calls I receive can be impossible at times. This person could've made an appointment or scheduled a phone conference as I always have staff available for scheduling both (and to ensure that any client with an urgent matter can reach me. Nonetheless, I apologize for the lack of reply.

Personable. Seemed knowledgeable at first, but didn't follow through with research. Didn't return phone calls X 6. Eventually, I got another lawyer.
