I have lived here since April 2014. Maintenance will not fix anything I'm not joking. My bathroom walls caved in for over two months. I just found cockroaches in my bed. I'm sick to my stomach and wish I never moved in. Half the buildings are boarded up. I went almost two weeks without hot water because they didn't pay the consumers to my building back in may. I give this place no stars. Stay under a bridge with your family until you can afford a safe place to live. The only positive reviews on these sites were written by there own management and they don't live in this filth.

Great place to live! The place is under new management and ownership and it is so much better! They are changing everything and I couldn't be happier.
