Worst service I have ever received from anyone. I was lied to repeatedly. I was told I need to keep the phone for at least 90 days before I could switch to another carrier. We discussed this because there was a question about the potential problems I may receive with my address. I was with Metro PCS for 122 days and then told by Philippines customer service that I only had the phone for 53 days. Today is August 22nd 2016 folks. I signed up with Metro on February 21st 2016 that is 122 days not 53. The customer service rep would not listen to me and kept interrupting me instead of listening. Service will cut off the day after my due date and tried to solve problem before that happened. I was told by a Woman inside of store to wait til my phone shuts off and then call 611 and they would give me a 48 hour grace period while she worked on getting my unlock code. Two days later and I have still received no email from her. what she told me about two day grace period was false as well.
