Lack of respect for other people's time and gas. Was trying to work with them but they have inconvenienced me several times!

Dropped my car off in the morning for some minor exhaust work done. There was one guy working there and was clueless to anything going on and told me the mechanic would call me. Didn't get a call until about 12:30 in the afternoon for them to tell me it'll be $400-$500 to fix my exhaust (which is brand new by the way). Went to harbor freight and bought a welder for under $200 and bought less than $30 for the parts at an auto parts store and fixed it myself. Horrible service and they will rip you off if they get the chance. Will never deal with them again. Do your research on the shop before you take your car anywhere! Another Arab shop ripping people off! Probably would have hacked my exhaust for $500! Look elsewhere. Don't believe the 5 star ratings, they're from people who work there or friends and family. We need more honest shops around!

Not to mention had to get a paper plate they failed to get me the title in the amount of time before the plate expired then charge me again to issue me a another paper plate because there are people could not get me the title and a timely manner I had to eat the cost to buy a another paper plate from them! It may appear that they have good deals but buyer beware owner is a scam artist!!!

Bought a car 15 days later transmission went. Owner told me he would warrantee the transmission in labor for one year came to pick up car engine cover loose & now will only warranty the transmission. But can verbally tell me that he can guarantee nothing will go wrong in a year but refuses to put it on paper. Ask like he was doing us a favor because he gave us a discount never once did we ask for a discount trying to tell us if we want to give him another 500 he will warranty parts and labor shady business owner. Would not recommend my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from this place!!

Very customer friendly and low cost.
