I had windows installed in 2008 that the seal started to go back within two years. We had Paramount come out once and do warranty work and at the time they informed us ALL windows installed in 2008 were bad as they had a problem with the manufacturer. After admitting this, they promptly began ignoring all contacts from me to get the rest of the windows in my home warrantied. TOM PANEK has been ignoring me for almost 3 years, although at once point he contacted me and said he would pay for the glass since the manufacturer went out of business. The he turned around and told me three days later my windows repairs, which should be covered under warranty, would be $125 EACH WINDOW for the repairs, PLUS labor and trip charge. TOM PANEK won't stand behind his product and he won't treat you with respect. You will waste your money and be treated poorly by this company. They use paperwork that shows a BBB accreditation, but they have been requested to remove the logo and ignored the BBB.

Had a 4 season room added. Roof leak, they returned said nothing wrong. Hired a pro who fixed their issue. Windows leaked, they fixed two, said they'll fix the others when they go out because they have a known problem. The other's went bad, they said their out of warranty, $140 to come out to estimate and full price to fix.

Reliable.

I have had Paramount work on my home multiple times since I bought it. They have replaced my windows, roofing, and siding, making sure I had the best deal, the best crews working on my home, and the best products installed each time. To this day nothing I've had installed from them has broken, leaked, or warped. The crews were impeccable, clean, polite, and easy to work with.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM: Tom the owner is not a nice person and they will not ever hold up to their warranty- I had many defective claims and now they wont honor them- poor customer service- Tom DOES NOT answer calls or emails - Please think twice.
