Horrible service. I took a dress in to have the zipper replaced, went to pick it up on the day I was told it would be done and was told it wasn't done - I received no call from them to tell me this, even though they had my phone number. The next day the same thing happened, and I told them that I needed my dress back so that I could take it to someone who I could trust - they refused to give me my property, decided to call the police and then lie to the police - saying that my dress was not on the premises when asked by the police.



DO NOT use Pro Clean unless you appreciate having your clothing being taken hostage.

Very Friendly and Accommodating. Went the extra mile to get my suit cleaned on a Saturday! Thank You Pro Clean.

I have a problem with pro clean. The place is dirty, and the staff rude! They do nothing to accommodate the handicap. They do nothing about people stealing form their customers either, except laugh at them!
