Seems their failure to maintai...

Seems their failure to maintain there tires on their vehicles does not make it their responsibility when their tires explode and hit my car causing damage. Seems a bit unfair to me! A multimillion dollar corporation run by Richard Clark an...d Jeff Clark based in Flint, MI telling consumers of their customers that they are SOL! Yeah, I just have $1000 to throw away on a deductible for something I had no control over! All because they wanted to get a few extra miles out of their tires before replacing them!

Had I not been able to maintain the vehicle after impact and killed all 4 of us in the car, I wonder if it would still have just been a road hazard? They can gamble with the lives of others on the road just to get a few more miles!
