Even though our mother resided at Sugar Bush Manor for only a month before passing away, our family can not say enough about the care, compassion, understanding, patience, and support we received from the staff. Our mother was in very frail health upon being admitted, but she was given so much care and attention from the entire staff. In such a short time, our family grew to know and love the staff and they became like friends. We can not say enough about the aides and the wonderful care they provided to our mother. They were the best. Jannine, Crickett, Becky and Trish were wonderful to work with and always gave the family their patience and understanding. All in all, we give this facility much credit for having wonderful people who truly care about the residents, which is so reassuring to family members. We highly recommend this home to anyone in need of such a place. It truly felt like home!
