Well, this park mind as well be at it's end. They've got a landlord that's a heroin addict. If he's not why is it that the dopers hang out at his lot. Can anyone drug test him ??? No they aren't concerned. We stayed near him and others are following us right on out the park. Kim's got issues if she think anyone else is gonna stay here. F that. It ain't happening. But I tell you this is their demise. It's a gift from us to you. Good Bye and good ridden. GAME OVER!

If I told my friend about this place I would say. The owner is stupid as a box of rocks. So stupid so he asks my friend if she called the health department. Truth is, no she didn't, she should have, but the lady up the street did. Her house smelled of human feces for 2 months because the sewage lines went bad and the saddest thin is that they knew before she moved in. He calls her with a snotty attitude. Oh well Justin H of Sunset Village, you had you chance. I'm moving out by the way soon, so GOOD BYE!

Lets talk about fees

Everyone's name is going on the least, even if you don't approve, I mean they are not getting my money just in case the main head of the house messes up. If you are ready to purchase a mobile with this company, pride yourself on this. The nice gentleman in the office states that they will do anything to help. That they feel that there lot renters should take PRIDE in what they have. Well, I personally would not rent from this company considering the fact that you will have to wait 12 months to do what you want to a unit. So you will basically sign a lease agreement with them along with a buyer's fee agreement I beileve so please correct me if I am wrong. If I am investing my RENT funds to this company I will not wait for 12 months just to live in peace. Meaning that I can't take something apart in the unit I am getting a title for within 12 months, for instance, adding new cabinets or some sort. When you buy or even get it free get it in writing so you KNOW. Other issues, TRASH piles at nearly every dumpster, ice at the mailboxes in the winter season. I would proudly give this park an D-. Oops, I forgot, Do not take a free home if you know what you are getting yourself into. The majority of this area is LOW INCOME. There is no reason to have a handyman special most of "us" can't afford it, LET THEM TEAR IT UP. Don't take it, don't take it, don't take it. Oops did I say "don't take it." Once it's yours, you are stuck with it and all though they may offer you another unit, they are only going to fix things they feel responsible for "once" and anything else they feel that is NOT there responsibilty, well you are stuck. Don't agree to live in anything you can't improve for 12 months unless you are willing too. There is other great trailer parks, and seniors this is not the place for you, try Carriage Manor up the street, Kenny's got everything covered for you. Good work Kenney. As for Sunset Village, just sell it and move on...Or sell it to Kenny, I am sure he willing to buy.
