The customer service here is terrible. I had an appointment booked on Saturday. This appointment had been scheduled for 2 weeks. I called on Friday, the day before to confirm. I spoke with the owner in person on the phone. She moved my appointment from 3pm to 12pm so she could go to a school reunion. Saturday comes and I am having a hard time finding the place and am running a few minutes late. I called the office at 12:05pm and left a message stating I was lost, but had stopped to ask for directions and was on my way. I left my number for them to call me back. I called a 2 more times on my way because they had not returned my call and I wanted them to know I was coming. There was no answer each time. I arrived at the store at 12:15pm and it was closed. I have a hard time believing they were ever even there to begin with.

This lady horribly DESTROYED my sisters dress for my wedding! She took material from one side of belt on the front of the dress, so it looks crooked and the stitches are showing. It might be ok if it was the side of the dress but no its the front. She had the dress a month and didn't start it till 2 days before she picked it up and you can tell. Please go somewhere where they know what their doing.

Worst alterations I've ever seen. She completely ruined my maid of honor dress. She says she has been doing this for years well maybe it's time to retire because my dress the so messed up I have to take it somewhere else to see if they and salvage what is left.
