Best dentist office I have EVER been in!!! Entire staff knows your name speaks to you every visit. Professional yet comfortable. Love it.

I nearly called this office. I appreciate Heather's experience below. As we know, it takes courage to submit a frank review. I am new to the area and in search of a dentist. I'm stymied by the number of unacceptable dentists I've come across in this area. They share an air of self-righteousness and feel threatened by an up-to-date educated consumer who politely asks technical questions and seeks more than one opinion. Odd that no two dentist offices can agree. The profession seems so divided. I have no experience with this office. Easily the majority of my experience elsewhere has been rude, disrespectful, insinuating, and angry which are not the traits of a medical professional; more suitable for the work of a corrections officer, I'd say. Likely, this office has made necessary adjustments since Heather's 2009 review and is no longer reflective of this. And, I'm a bad person for being knowledgeable. Carpe diem.

A friend of mine recommeded Town Center Dentla to me. Today was my first visit to this office. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were so friendly and nice. The entire staff made me feel like I have been a patient there for years. I had such a positive experience, I am going to suggest to all my family and friends to switch to Town Center.

Probably not the term commonly used to describe a trip to the dentist office, but it defnitely applies to my most recent visit to Town Center Family Dental. From the moment I stepped into the office the staff was so friendly and accomodating. I can't say this is the norm at most of my medical office visits. It was so refreshing to observe how the whole staff, from the front desk to the hygienist cleaning my teeth were so attentive and seemed to genuinely care. The two male doctors were very cordial and my doctor (Dr. Lori Thomas) couldn't have been nicer. During my check-up she was very compassionate and made sure I understood what needed to be addressed with my teeth. The level of service at this office was top-notch. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!

For someone who has never felt comfortable in a dentist chair, my experience at Town Center Family Dental has been

a complete turn around. From the first day of my visit until now, I have been treated like family. The staff is so very friendly and courteous. Dr. Thomas is very caring, efficient and is so patient in explaining any procedure I have had done. I would recommend Dr. Thomas and her staff to anyone looking for a dentist office who cares about their patients.

About 10 years ago, I called Villa Linde Dental (now Town Center Family Dental (TCFD)) and became a new patient of Dr. Vanitvelt. The entire staff here is so friendly and attentive. From the moment you walkin the office, you feel welcomed. Even during your apt. the nurses take the time out to stop by your room to say hi, and check up on you. They are willing to work with you and your situations. This morning one of the Dr.'s that is not my Dr. said hi to me by name. Not only did this shock me, it made me feel important to the office, and brightened up my day. Irecommend TCFD to everyone.

Very rude staff - including Dr. Thomas. Also very high prices.

Everyone is so friendly, from the front door to my exit I felt like I was being well taken care of by all members of this office. I feel like they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I CALLED TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT COSMETICS,I WAS SO IMPRESSED I SCHEDULED WHEN ASK. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE DOOR TO THE END OF MY APPOINTMENT EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL. I BELIEVE I'VE FOUND A HOME. IT'S LIKE NO WHERE I'VE EVER BEEN BEFORE.SMILING FRIENDLY FACES EVERYWHERE. THANKS
