The Service, And Personnel Is Beyond Terrible, Not Very Informative On Explaining Phone Features.... Other Than Just Pushing The Icon Buttons. Lack Of Common Sense And Not Motivated Is Taught Here Along With Laziness Being Practiced At This Location Often, Restrooms Are Just Filthy. This Store Location Is Ruined, This Is Yet Another Soon To Be Vacant Building. Thank You Verizon Employees, For Adding To Flints Economy.

I've called several times, and I don't get any answer, the ONE person I spoke to was rude, I'm NOT getting the service on the phone that I should be recieving. No One will pick up, and I'm rather disgusted with this company. BOOST is pre paid and you will NEVER have a problem having them pick up their phones like you guys didn't! I plan to switch companys, I've been disgusted with what I've been through over a PHONE!
