Provided by SuperpagesI'm so upset. I've been taking my dog here for 6 years. Somehow I lost his allergy meds so I called to see if they could send me his pills to me yesterday. I was told yes, they would be sent the same day and for $10 more so I would have them right away. I called back today, to ask for the tracking number to be spoken to so rudely and told that they aren't being overnighted they will arrive in 3-7 days thru the reg mail. I said that's not what I was told yesterday and now my poor Dozer has no meds :( Then the lady started to talk even ruder to me saying that I shouldn't have let his meds run out. I told her they didn't run out they're lost! But while I'm trying to explain this to her she rudely keeps talking over me and isn't helpful at all! I sent my son to pick up a week's worth of pills and he tried to have a civilized conversation with her and she was rude to him also! I won't be taking my dog back here ever again. The worst part is the vet knew I was on the phone and he hasn't attempted to call me to clear up this situation so I don't guess the 8 people I have referred to come there WTH their own pets means nothing to him either. I will find a new vet without ease it's just a shame that I can't trust the people at this one. My urgency was due to my dog needing his meds and all she cared about was being mean to me over it!!

Provided by YP.comI lover these guys. They saved both my dogs. Dr. E. had showed so much such compassion when my male pit was deathly sick and needed surgery. He kept in touch with me on a daily basis ( the whole 5 days he had my pet ). The other doctor helped my female pit with her heartworm. This is the only facility I take my pets to.

Provided by YP.comDr. Ehrman and Dr. Schwartz are great with our dogs. Emily, Ashleigh, Jeanette and all the staff are so kind and it's the only place we'll board our animals.

Provided by YP.comGreat vets. They are very caring. My dog is never afraid of going there. The facilities are a 60's throw back, but very clean.

Provided by YPmobileWe continue to see Dr. E even though we moved to Oakland County. It so obvious he loves his job and loves our pets they we do. When we had to put Buster Down, not only did Emily come to say good bye.....when we pick up Buster's ashes, we found she made a mold of his paw print for us. Priceless.

Provided by YP.comI love this place!! My dogs love going there, all of the staff is caring and understanding. They remember our names and have been helpful when we have boarded our dogs and also when we had to euthanize two of them. We love Dr. E and Emily!!

Provided by YPmobileMy family has been taking animals there since 1970; I love Dr Ehrman, I call ahead to make sure he's there. I do like care for the younger doctor; he's arrogant and condescending. I have a hard time believing any of the reviews that negatively mention Dr E! I have such the opposite interactions there. I wish they would offer pay plans, however they are still one of the cheapest vets around. 5 star if it weren't for the young doctor!

Provided by YP.comDear Lisa D.,
You and your daughters are not alone. My cat was failing at the hospital and I took her home to die. I called 'after hours' to leave a message at the clinic and a female picked up the phone (vet tech?). I choked back the tears and told her my cat had passed and before I hung up, she told me to "have a great night!"
The least they could do is buy a box of condolence cards and put one in the friggin' mail.

Provided by YPmobileTook my 3 beloved cats there in January to be euthanized. I have never been treated with such lack of empathy or compassion when dealing with such a devastating matter in all my life. I had my 14 and 17 yr old daughters there along with my neighbor who drove US and, like me, they were appealed by the way we were treated by Dr.Ehrman. I am an RN trained in dealing with death and grief and would NEVER treat anyone with the same as disregard as me and my grieving daughters were by Dr. Ehrman. I will never return to that place and will continue to share my story so others may be spared the same experience we had .

Provided by SuperpagesIt's not fancy... but the vets are honest and have very fair rates. My Fenton vet was gouging me, we almost gave up our family pet. I highly recommend this place and often do!
