I am a land owner with the mineral rights to the property that this company is producing from. I have found the receptionist to get too involved in power struggles...and supervisors to do the same-Susan...these people are clueless as to what the ADA laws and statute are and the company presently has several civil complaints if not lawsuits against it and is constantly being afflicted by hostile takeovers.



This could be the reason for the unprofessional conduct along with the fact that Mr. Faulconer or his attorney are NOT paying attention to or minding the store. There is NO LEADERSHIP and NO COMPLIANCE and they change their minds based on what kind of mood they are in--or whether you have alot of money or not--



They pass and project BLAME onto the owners and send letters of ultimatums without signatures---VERY PETTY...I would bypass this one for sure unless you plan on restructuring from the bottom up.
