I think you should upgrade your bill/payment program so residents/customers are able to pay their monthly bill on line once received. Just a suggestion all my other monthly bills I am able to do that like phone, electric etc..

WARNING!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT use nCourt to pay your bill!! We tried nCourt because we are on a fixed income and didn't have a working vehicle to go pay in person. I figured it was worth $3.95 to not walk into town in early February. WRONG. I paid my bill plus the service fee on February 3, on February 4 I received confirmation that my payment was accepted....On February 20, I received a past-due notice for $8.16. Apparently it took 12 days for nCourt to send the $ to the water department, so according to Flippin Water Dept I paid late and i still owe the late fee or i face disconnection (for $8.16?!?). So now on February 23, I have to walk into town to pay. Sooo not worth it!!
