The facility allowed my dog to run away, while in their care for boarding. I understand that things happen, but they didn't inform me that she was missing until 5 days later when I called to set up a time to pick her up. They made zero effort to find her and did not even attempt to contact me to let me know she was gone. The owner then proceeded to give me advice on "your next dog". I actively looked in the surrounding area and asked many people if they had seen her. The people living on the properties surrounding the kennel had stated that no one had informed them or asked them to look out for a missing dog. No assistance in finding my dog was offered or given by this facility. Please avoid this place, for about the same cost you can have your pet boarded at a veterinary facility, with much better care.
