Purchased order Nov 7 , had yet to hear anything . Sent two emails as requested if you have questions and would return reply within 24 hours I have not heard back. Phone calls are not being picked up or returned.

Made online order and the order received included damage fabric. Have attempted to seek resolution for five months. Bear Paw has not corrected issue. Business falsely claimed to send replacement twice only to receive nothing. I returned fabric as directed for refund only to receive nothing. This issue should have been promptly resolved within the first week of being notified they provided a poor product. Buyer beware!
