This is typically not how I like to conduct business. having to leave a Review of the lack of service and poor quality workmanship. And a complete lack of respect for a Person ( an more so for a Female ) I had a very disheartening experience dealing With the SENIOR Finigan A/C person . Upon his advice we were advised to install a 4ton a/c unit on a 2000 + ( I think it is actually 2200 sf home ) after paying the man upfront we had to wait on him to decide when he wanted to install it . then not having all the parts ready to complete the job . he left me with a huge opening under my triple wide for 3/4 weeks before he decided he wanted to come back and complete the job. He was rude to me upon every conversation as though I worked for him . Speaking to me abruptly when I would ask a question . He was not happy that I had caught him messing up something ( that I did nt even understand - so It must be a common sense issue and he was not using his. ) then I came to the house to find that is was icky feeling and damp and smelled horrible. UGH REALLY > ARE YOU KIDDING ME > this was the whole reason we changed out the unit in the first place. because we did not want to have any problems . WELL I WOULD SAY THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM . PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS HOME WAS BUILT IN 2005 . and has a brand new roof put on it in 20012 JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT we would be well insulated . . SO THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOME TO START WITH > should not have needed to change out the A/C unit. but we realized that it was close to 10 years old and better safe than sorry . WELL NOW we are SORRY WE ever took the word of a misery old man such as MR FINIGAN . SHAME ON YOU and your actions . YOU are a Rude man and We will never ever conduct Business with you in any shape or manner . TO all that read this message I write this message saddened that I had this experience but I hope that I can save you the same aggravation I have had to endure at the hands and mercy of that MAN .
