I've been a client at covert nails on and off since they first opened. I usually go to nancy and she's a doll so sweet does a beautiful job on my nails and is such a nice person. last night I stopped in for a manicure and waxing and got the owner of the salon she was nothing but nasty to me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my nails n when I saw she wasn't doing what I asked I said nicely can u please do it this way and she started yelling and me, and even laughed an made a comment that what I wanted looked horrible. Then when she waxed me she burnt me and when she was finished with my eyebrows didnt even ask if I liked it and just started plucking her own eyebrows. She didn't even walk me to the dryer. As someone in the beauty field I would never treat a client that way. I walked out and will never return again.
