The staff is rude & nasty. It is impossible to ever reach the office by telephone. Plan on waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment. They charge you fees for everything including copies of your own records. The billing department is not helpful and disputed my coverage for close to 1 year before admitting they were wrong. At one point, they wouldn't schedule anymore appointments until the co-pays were paid, even though I don't have any. It is a very unprofessional practice with the exception of one doctor, but you'll only see her once a year during physicals never when your child is sick , which is when you really need her. Its unfortunate.
