My son took his truck to S&H 6 months ago. They could get it right in. Over a month later they tell us the truck needs to be rebuilt. 2 months later we needed a new motor. We explained we would do whatever it takes to fix it. Then they suggested since the motor was out that we replace the clutch. We said yes. They call, it's finished. We drive 50 miles to pick up truck. We are told to bleed the clutch at home this was normal. We barely made it home. The clutch would not disengage and the transmission fork broke. Towed the truck back. Had the tranny repaired and S&H lost the slave cylinder, and the shift fork.

We picked the truck up yesterday. 6 MONTHS!!

They sent a 17 year old boy out with a truck that they didn't fix properly, which caused another $1000 repair.

Absentee owner, lying staff, careless mechanics and you cannot trust that your vehicle will be safe to operate.
