The "stylist" (Tall, manly, deep voiced redhead named "Jessica"), who seemed nice enough on the phone, practically MAN HANDLED ME, grabbing my long hair and shoving her fist HARD into my back as way of "measuring" the length I wanted taken off (even though I showed her a picture of the exact cut I wanted which was a long blunt cut). Instead, this IDIOT cut an extra 3 inches above the length I asked for and then put layers in the back which i did not want. And all the while she had a minion sitting next to her chatting and gossiping away with the minion (her next appointment) loudly and ignoring her current client (me) except for "scolding me" (LITERALLY) for being 10 minutes late due to driving all the way from Tennessee in awful work traffic which I had not anticipated since I am a homemaker. She made me feel so small and diminished. Looking back, I wish I had stood up as soon as that creature pushed her fist into my back and looked her in the eye and told her I WILL NOT BE BULLIED and YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And then walked out of that place. I will never set foot in that place again!

The best salon in Florence. I've been to a lot and go often but this place is hands down the best and I will now go there for all my salon needs.

Love this salon! They have everything from hair to massages to facials so it is truly a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!

Best Brazilian wax and facial in town and reasonably priced

Wasn't impressed over all. The woman doing my hair is also the owner. She was almost an hour late for our appointment. A girlfriend of hers just popped in to say hello, and then asked if she could do her eyebrow wax very quickly, so I ended up being bumped for another girl pushing my appointment back even further. The service provided was marginal. I think there are better options around, and wont be going back again.

I was recommended to salon mod from a friend after having issues with other shops in town.I was very impressed by the cleanliness, and the design of the whole place.The girls were so nice and made me feel welcome.My hair was cut just how I wanted and looked great!

I had been going to this salon for years but never again. The last few times I have been there the stylist was too busy answering the phone to listen to my requests. My hair was ok but not worth $40. I had been going there for 5+ years but when I saw my stylist in town she didn't even remember my name. I have also been price quoted completely wrong and then had to pay $30+ more then I thought I would and have also had to wait over an hour for an appointment. It's just not worth the trouble.
