Never even made it to the doctor. Receptionist are EVERYTHING. Speaking with attitude and acting irritated are not profeasional. I told the receptionist I felt she was irritated with me and she no just doing my job making sure my boss doesn't get mad. I said I understand that have a blessed day goodbye. She flat out hung up on me. People can't even discuss anything anymore people are so aggressive. Tacky and rude.

We used to use Dr Carter, but he left for another practice in California. When he left, we were swapped to Dr Moore. She has never been anything but amazing to my boys. She's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has an incredible bedside manner both with the children and with the parents. We've used her for probably 7 years now, and I have 0 complaints. My oldest son has severe ADHD and has always been very, very thin. It isn't for a lack of eating, because he eats like a horse. It's simply his build. Instead of Dr Moore doing like the other doctors I've had to see when she wasn't available and trying to make him take more meds to get him to gain weight, she says he's perfectly fine - leave him be. She has never once made me feel like other doctors have about my son's weight - I'm always comfortable with her. She's seen him since he was a little bitty and she knows that he's always been small. She keeps a very close eye on him with his medication and always asks tons of questions as to how his ADHD affects not only him, but me as well. Dr Moore is a Godsend, and the server down there who is bitter about a tip is silly for posting a review for a doctor she doesn't even use. I don't even post reviews about doctors but I felt I needed to defend her after reading the other silly review. Seriously, don't review a doctor if you don't even use them. Who she is as a person outside of the office doesn't make a difference to me - she's an incredible doctor to my children and knows what she is doing. I can't recommend her any more highly. I adore her, my children adore her. We will continue to use her until my children either turn 18 or Dr Moore retires.

You forgot to tip your server Dr. Moore, and instead you left a mean spirited remark? That was very unkind!! The world cannot revolve around you just because you are a rich doctor, I am very very sorry your experience wasn't Exactly what you wanted, but you were very very well taken care of the entire meal. That was a very very cruel thing you did, and at Christmas time, when every little penny counts. If this is the type of person you are out in public, I wonder what type of doctor you could be?!!?
