College Students Beware!!!
The manager, Tammy McDonald Eaton, is not someone I would recommend as your landlord. She will take advantage of you every chance she gets! Don't let this buisness become your only choice! The property on Darby Drive is a slum. She does not care if you have to live with bugs. She says she is trying... but the bugs never go away.
She has also withheld our deposit for a month longer than she is allowed. She claimed she did not have an address to mail it to. That was a lie. After giving the address again, she waited 4 more days to supposedly mail check. Now... 11 buisness days after she supposedly mailed the check... we have still not received it.
She may never willfully write us a check. We will go to court if necessary!

We have rented from Tammy for years and she has always treated us with respect. When we have to have something repaired Jason always comes when he says he's going to and repairs the issue.

These people are very friendly and the apartment I rented was wonderful and when I called for a Maintenance they responded in a timely manner. I would rent from them again.
