These guys are so unprofessional, i live in a rural part of Florence, have a mailbox just under half a mile away from my house, and my mailbox is too small to receive packages, i filled out a form, as per their procedure for them to deliver to my porch if it wont fit in the mailbox, yet they simply REFUSE to deliver it, then they leave a "you have a package notice" that is only half filled out, and what kind of POST OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SATURDAY?!!?!?

Never answer their phone. For 2 years they still give me others mail when I've gone through all steps to try to stop this. Also I don't receive all the ads and things like I should. Lazy/poor service.

We find that our outgoing mail is not received until 2-4 weeks latr. and our delivered mail is not delivered on time or is send back, even when we don't have a change of address...
