12-22-2014 - BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FLORENCE FLOWER SHOP!!!!



Very disappointed in this florist. I ordered an arrangement from NY and it was sent not as described via their website,



I spoke to Melissa and she wanted to argue and talk over me. I explained that it was supposed to be roses and carnations, she argued and said no just carnations, I told her to go online and look at the photo that it displays. Suddenly Melissa decided that I was correct and acknowledged that it was an over-site and offered to take only two roses over to add to the arrangement, although the photos shows more than four.



Melissa was rude and wanted to make excuses that made no sense. She asked if she could fix it the following day as it was getting late. I agreed.



I spoke to her grandmother the next day letting her know that she did not fix the arrangement. The grandmother was very nice, very professional and polite, she stated that it would be fixed on Monday.



It's Monday and just received a call from the owner Melissa, she was rude and non professional, telling me it would be $5.00 every time she tried to deliver. I told her to call ahead before delivering and that I explained that to her grandmother. I also explained to her that if it was the right arrangement that I ordered the first time she wouldn't have to redeliver. The arrangement ordered was roses and carnations. She did not include any roses.. just carnations.



Melissa never stated if she was going to fix it or credit me, instead she hung up the phone on me and will not answer. Melissa is unstable and unprofessional she needs to learn professionalism and manners from her grandmother!! I strongly suggest not to purchase arrangement's from this florist... very bad experience! (unless you deal with the sweet grandmother)



Melissa needs to be on meds for her mouthy ADHD behavior and/or serious management education in how to deal with customers in a professional way!!
