This company had told us our insurance would cover my husbands CPM machine and we wouldn't pay anything towards it. I specifically asked that because I didn't want to pay if my insurance wouldn't cover it and we wouldn't get the machine. Well now we have a huge bill. They are horrible to work with and liars. They also say we owe them and haven't paid anything towards our bill. Just checked cc statement we have paid $163 so far but they don't have it down. Horrible company! Do not trust them and do not use them!

This company is a total rip off. Got billed $70.00 for a shoulder gel ice wrap that is nothing more than an ice bag wrapped in felt. I'm liable because before surgery you sign a paper stating you're responsible for non covered ins. items. What a joke. This company should be ashamed of itself. Beware of what you sign.
