I want to take a moment to recognize that this is an incredible company with amazing employees! I have become Aerotek Recruiting and Staffing's (Florence, KY location) biggest fan within a week of first applying with them. Especially after interviewing with Margaret (Meg) Ortman. I have never met a Staffing Specialist so dedicated to her craft. I feel like I have my very own personal cheerleader. She takes matching her clients needs to the next level by not just looking at a candidate's qualifications but at an individual's qualities. Trust me when I say most staffing services are about quantity definitely not quality. She really is invested in not just my future but my families and the least I can do is write an honest review of Aerotek Recruiting and Staffing's best asset Margaret (Meg) Ortman.
