Out of 5 stars I would give 0 but this system requires at least 1 so that's what I'm giving them. They lied to me from the beginning, although I didn't know that at the time. I use the progressive lenses. I've had them several times before so when these were made I knew they were wrong. They told me to give them a couple of weeks but I came back much sooner. The lady manager made me a deal to have the lenses, both the clear and tinted, upgraded at no cost to me. When the clear lenses came in I knew right away that this is what they should have been in the beginning. I told her to go ahead and have the tinted lenses done but she said I should wait and wear the clear for a while to make sure they were ok. A week later I called and told them to go ahead and have the tinted lenses done. The manager then told me I'd have to pay for the upgrade. I reminded her of the deal she made but she stood firm. So, I gave her both pair and asked for my money to be refunded under their 30 day guarantee. She said nope that it was past the 30 days. So I took the glasses and told her I would dispute the bill with Visa and she laughed and said go ahead. I did and Visa gave me a provisional refund. They tried contacting this outfit without success so they eventually found in my favor and made the refund permanent.
