this place is terrible!! I have never had a good experience with this place yet I keep going there only because they are close to work. A few friends and myself decided to order lunch and we never imagined it would be so hard. We called to place our orders over the phone for delievery after explaning what we wanted 20times and the phone being passed off between two people and giving our credit card info we realized that we had gotten NO WHERE. SOME of our accts had already been charged so we decided to drive to get our order because we knew something would be wrong. When we got there the girl that had already been rude over the phone thought it would be best for her to be rude again and blame us for them screwing up because they only have two employees. Well maybe if they wouldnt be so cheap and hire more people they could get things done correctly the FIRST time around. We then had to wait 25more mins for our food to be cooked. What I recommend is, never waste your time, money, or sanity on this place go up the street to China City Buffet where you can get REAL food, REAL service in REAL time!!! http://sales.yellowpages.com/phone?phone_search_terms=8592827868

SHORTED ON FOOD, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HANDED OFF TO ANOTHER PERSON WHEN SOME ONE CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU OR BEING PAYING $40.00 WITH OTHER FRIENDS TO BE TOLD YOU'RE RUDE!!!

Well where to begin?? so i have a few co workers and myself that decided to order lunch from Bamboo Garden. We have ordered food from there before and it was "okay" the service is always horrible but its one of the closest chinese restaurants around. So i ordered my food and since there was 4 of us ordering we paid sep. with our credit cards, the lady was rude she kept repeating herself and all i wanted to do was see what time they would be arriving and to make sure the food was right. Well i called back and the lady was incredibly rude, she said we were causing problems for her to place more than one order?????? So we all checked our accounts and there was so many problems with the price/the food she read back there was extra things mentioned/ she was rude and told us the manager walked out! so we drove up there fixed everything and then waited for 35 minutes for our food! she was still rude in person and tried to say it was our fault because they only had 2 people working. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

RUDE!!!! I will never go to this place again. It is ridiculous how rude the people are especially at the registers. She answers the phone very abruptly and when my coworkers and I went to pick up our food she was even more rude. She was speaking very unclearly I couldn't even understand what she was trying to tell me. She messed up all our orders she claimed we had to many orders. She almost screwed up by charging one person twice. My advice stay away from Bamboo Garden just go across the street to the chinese buffet.
