When Concord closed, our account was transferred to Braxton. We dropped off two identical pairs of men's dress pants and when we picked them up, one pair was "scorched" (Braxton employee's words). They were taken to the main facility in Burlington to be seen by the manager. I received a call telling me that I must have washed them by accident and ruined them myself, or my husband wore them in the rain and ruined the texture. I have no words for the lack of responsibility taken by management. To make matters worse, as I was leaving the store, the counter person laughed at me with the customer next in line. We will never return to Braxton and will make sure that we tell all of our friends and neighbors about the experience
