I have shopped at the Burlington store on Mall Rd. several times and have never once encountered being "followed" around by staff. In fact, the last time I was in there right before Christmas, the staff was very helpful in helping me with a size conversion for a pair of jeans. The check out line was packed, but moved very efficiently. Now, were they bubbly and sweet? Not necessarily, but they were not rude and certainly have never made me feel uncomfortable. Their selection has always been decent and so have their prices. Hate to hear the other two reviewers have had bad experiences. So far, I have loved shopping here since it has opened and plan to continue.

I have to agree with Tracey S. Horrible is right! I used to work there and was accused my management to have destroyed a stock room on video tape when I wasn't there that day. When I pushed the issue of being shown proof, they threatened to replace me! On to of that,my mother and sister was there shopping during one of their friends and family events, and the employees and the same manager followed my family members around and openly accused them of shoplifting AND had the gall to have security ask them to leave while waiting for me to get off work. They were shopping at the time to support that horrible place. They don't deserve one star

Horrible....Does not even deserve a 1 star rating...not like any other Burlington C. I have been in. The staff, to say the least could not be professional if it were written verbatim for them. I could not believe that Florence is actually allowing the management to have Security follow around shoppers like pedophiles and almost getting up on the woman as if to touch them! I will not every shop in this store again and will continue to shop at my Macy's. Saving a dollar; well, in the end I did not. Macy's will always be cheaper with outstanding discounts...it is just not worth the hassle within it. I felt as if I was at a good-will store not at the old fashion Burlington. Not a cool choice for Florence Ky. Our Mayor W. Tried...hopefully this store either improves or moves on down too a neighborhood more suitable for its needs. Ugh...I am so disappointed! :(
