Horrible customer service. The guy was even extremely rude to my 80 year old mother. Buyer beware.

After almost 15 years of frequenting the Florence Antique Mall and spending $20 to $80 a visit, it will be a very long time before my wife and I spend another dollar there. New customers should visit this place only if you want to be treated like a suspected criminal by the staff. According to Frank (an assistant manager), they had someone reach into one of the locked glass cases after it was opened by an employee. Now, their solution to this isolated incident is to blatantly treat ALL customers as potential criminals. We don't need this abuse from a business just because management doesn't know how to effectively deal with a simple loss prevention matter. Insulting your good customers by treating them as suspected criminals is no way to recover a loss. But, it is a good way to alienate everyone who makes the mistake of coming through the doors at Florence Antique Mall.
