Little mom and pop owned place most amazing croissant doughnut ever especially warm

This bakery is fantastic, but the customer service is lacking! I too was told that I could not have donuts because they were saving them for their other customers! I asked why they had them in the display case, and she said it was for their regular customers! If I wanted more than a dozen, I was told I should order ahead.

I used to love to go to Florence Bakery because their food is so delicious. However, I think that they are seriously rude. Me and my co workers have all experienced bad service their rudeness. We went in for 2 dozen donuts but we were told that they had to save some for the other customers. I personally have been told that on at least 3 different occasions. My co worker was told that just today.
