I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS if that was even possible. This company is a literal joke, which I was unfortunately forced to work with. We started the refinance process on our home through a company, we got our house appraised and everything was going smoothly until our loan officer left the company and our rate was not locked in. We ended up going to a different company to start the process over again. A woman (who did not share her name) came to my home for an 'appraisal' maybe spent a total of 15 seconds inside, we have made SEVERAL LARGE upgrades to our home, on top of the fact the housing market is booming! Please tell me how this woman said our home is worth the SAME AMOUNT as what we bought it for, and 10k BELOW what another appraiser said it was worth just a couple weeks before. We tried to explain this, sent other comparable homes to maybe try and increase value, AND SHE WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE US THE TIME OF DAY! I am BEYOND LIVID, and if I EVER hear anyone using this company for ANYTHING, I will let them know what HORRIBLE customer service they have. I was charged $450.00 for someone to use their SEVERELY IGNORANT opinion
