This is a horrible place to live. Office manager only in office 2 days a week and complaints never go anywhere. Roads have needed fixed for as long as I've been a resident here (over 2 years.) Part of the road has bubbled up and cracked so bad instead of getting it fixed, they put cones and barrels up around it. That's been well over 4 months ago. We pay 298 for lot rent that the whole community uses. People bring their dogs in our yard to let them poop. Teenangers cutting through all the time with their smart mouths when you tell them nicely to stay out time after time. You get woke up when school is out at 9am to 4 wheelers and dirt bikes riding up and down the road, they'll even cut through your yard with them. I'm sick and tired of living here and I'm at the point where I'm fixing to let my place go back. I have a 12 year loan and a total of 10 years to go.. if I knew then what I know now, I would've never moved into this dump.
