Me & my 10 year old niece went to salon Hollywood for pedicures due to being double booked at a difference nail salon. First of all the welcoming was very over the top and desperate. I had a feeling at that point that we were the only clients there, this is always a red flag. we picked our colours and headed over to the two chairs. I had a Middle Aged guy who was dressed like a construction worker. My niece had one lady who started her pedicure but was more concerned about her nails so a younger girl took over. I don't think either of the nail techs had been in the industry for long or they just weren't trained properly because I work in a spa/salon myself so I know what service should be expected. What we received was REALLY BAD. The exfoliation was pathetic, I still had dry skin on my heels. The massage was a joke, it was so bad that I started to laugh because I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. The lady who was providing my nieces pedicure has obviously never been trained on painting because she was dabbing the polish instead of applying in strokes. when we got home home I had to re-file & re-paint her toes. I will never go to Salon Hollywood again, it was the worst pedicure I have ever had and a waste of money.

Terrible service. They were rude and did a terrible job. Had a full set and they all popped off after a week, pedicure was done horribly. And employees were rude and completely unfriendly. Don't reccomebd this place to anyone

Terrible service!! They are terrible at what they do, and are extremely rude and unfriendly. Don't even bother expressing your concerns after they screw up your nails, they don't care! When I complained the the manager he said he gets tons of complaints and he doesn't care. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY here! The most unprofessional, incapable business I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

They are could care less about there customers. He cut me and it got infected I went back to show him and he said pu said no big deal just a paper cut! it was infected, and they chipped after one day! I have a manicure and pedicure every two weeks at my normal place and this has never been a problem the only reason I did not go there this time is because they were booked. They are rude and do awful work. I would recommend them to anyone. I also did not see them clean there tools at all. Think twice before you go to this place,
