Provided by YP.comI cannot say enough about the customer service that I was given by Kerry Nissan. I will always go to them first when shopping for a pre-owned car. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will find it for you. Very honest and up-front. They really treat you right.

Provided by YP.comWhat a terrible loss for the owners of this dealership who have a very rude and condescending manager on their payroll. Looks like he works for your competition because he does his best to run off your customers.
I went there today to buy, and I mean buy, a Hyundai Elantra which was in excellent condition and for a good price. The salesman, Phil was nice and good to work with and we were ready for the car buying and then walked in his manager. He treated us like we were children. Within five minutes we were out of there. Too bad......you guys lost the deal because of him. I am giving you one star because there is nothing lower than that !

Provided by YP.comI am a 58 yr. old lady and went in to Kerry Nissan based on the young man who does the internet sales, kevin anyway he was a very helpful and polite man, but when I went there in person I was introduced to the sales on the lot man named micheal, he was a very condescending and rude! I got the impression he thought I was stupid because I was an elderly woman! He kept calling me sweetheart, and trying to sell me a car that was way over my budget, which I told him upfront what it was! He ten had me test drive a car that sounded like farmer john's tractor, then when I told him the sound was a deal breaker, he said his boss offered to fix it to keep me as a customer! Anyway they should have fixed the issue's before putting it up for sale! I THINK THEY ARE VERY VERY shady AND dishonest! BEWARE!!!!!! RobinBeach!

Provided by YP.comKerry Nissan of Florence Kentucky has succeeded in loosing what would have been a third time loyalty customer to your dealership. The sales manager couldn't resist doing the four square shuffle. I of course was passed off to a sales manager last week and went over the numbers presented to me on a worksheet (internet price, Trade-in value, ect.). I said I would buy based on that info last week. The only thing I questioned was the $299.00 processing fee, which I know I have to pay, but the cost is negotiable. I asked about it again today, Saturday, June 7th and that's when the four square shuffle started. Oh Boy! The numbers started changing and it was all over. I guess Kerry Nissan did not want to sell a third car to me!?!?
Anyway, today is our wedding anniversary and was hoping to drive off with a new 2014 Pathfinder. Did Not Happen!!!
Guess we will have to Make sure everyone knows what Kerry Nissan of Florence is all about. They do not honor agreed upon car prices, trade-in value they quote, or any other number as far as that goes.
All Kerry Nissan wants to do these days is get you into dealership and start their high pressure and deceptive sales tactics such as the FOUR SQUARE MEATHOD which is designed to overwhelm you with numbers and confuse you enough to accept a bottom line that, in the end, will cost you more and give way more profit to the Sales person/Dealership.
This is one of those Dealerships that bank on the Ignorant car buyer. If you have done your homework and know how to negotiate, and know how to stay cool and not fall into deceptive sales tactics, Kerry Nissan Sales Team of Florence, Kentucky is not the new car dealership for you. They would rather loose repeat business over being fair and honoring their word.
I am all for the sales person making a profit but not at the cost of me being taken advantage of.

Provided by YP.comBy far the worse car purchase process I have every had!! The Sales Manager (with Red Hair) was very rude!! They send a mailer that gave a general trader-in value for the car ($20,900) however once I got to the lot, they only offered!!14,500. The car is only 3 years only (Genesis) and has been well kept as well as has all service records (from this dealer) and not visual blemishes. Please avoid this dealer!!

Provided by YP.comOkay where to start! I bought a used car from them in Dec. 2011. Marcus informed me it was the cheapest they had...it was 10,000. I'm young and did not have any other bills so i decided to get it, because i really do love Scions. Says its ready to go, breaks, rotors just changed and everything!! GOT IT! yay! , so i thought. AS i was pulling off with my NEW CAR, the low tire pressure comes on.. REALLY?? I have a paper saying they THOROUGHLY INSPECT EACH CAR FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. BULLLLLLLL! But i got air and let it go...
Within two weeks i notice one of the foglights and parklights were OUT, no big deal right? Another week passes, and my OIL CHANGE light is on.... SERIOUSLY! Being 18 already made my insurance crazy so i could not afford it straight away, so i knew id have to wait a little to change it. A friend looks at my new car and tells me the rotors have not been touched, WTF!! Driving in the rain, ramp onto highway going not even 30 MPH, I do a 360 spin and almost go head first into the guard rail, thankfully i know how to drive, i save myself. I had heard Scion Tc's were bad in the rain so i let it go, thinking i needed to be more careful.
Next week or two and i go to there Oil Change service. I mention the lights and they cant do anything, which i suspected, mention the rotors, cant do ANYTHING! Oil changed, i get my report, and it says my tires are in the RED ZONE!!! Which means they have basically ZERO TREAD! All 4 of them. I was LIVID! The head mechanic wasnt suprised, and he said, and i quote!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ALL OF THIS INSPECTED, THATS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! And technically they should have, he was very sweet, told me tires would cost like 700-800 dollars, but not to purchase them there.(MORE EXPENSIVE!) I decide to go and talk to a manager, he said they do as little as possible to used cars to keep prices down, which i guess is understandable, but really?? I still have the paper saying they inspect every inch top to bottom... Sooo what?? They knew it was riding on tires like that and sold it without even mentioning it, i could have DIED, all for them to save some money!
This was my FIRST car buying expierence, im deeply unimpressed. I will NEVER come here again. I'm still riding on these tires, its my daily car to work, and with a 500 a month total for the car and insurance, i don't have 700 bucks to throw away!
I will copy and paste this into EVERY SINGLE REVIEW i can find for this place, just to save someone else from what i've been through. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM KERRY HYUNDAI!

Provided by YP.comAfter doing much looking at cars, we decided to pop into the Hyundai lot to see what was there. Wow...what a value for the Sonata! We bought it!
