I have been very happy with Gabby in the grooming salon, with my two cocker spaniels... She does an awesome job and goes out of her way to make it a wonderful experience every time!!!

I was in there today with my daughter buying fish and a girl helped us out who just started and helped me get moss too, we'll anyway if she reads this I would like to ask her out :) if she would be interested, I tired to call but she waas gone already

On Thursday, March 13, 2008, I went to the Florence, KY Petsmart store to do my regular shopping and to return/exchange a Catit Drinking Fountain. The purpose for the exchange was because the pump had stopped working. I had the receipt and the product packed in the original container. When the cashier asked for the store manager’s approval, he looked at me in disgust and said I could not exchange the product because it was “too old” and that I’d have to buy a new one. When I explained that I was a loyal customer and that I had been coming to this store for a long time, he rudely cut me off stating that “everyone is a loyal customer” and proceeded to berate me in front of other customers in line to check out. I was embarrassed and offended at his behavior towards me. Had he simply and politely informed that I could purchase a replacement pump, that would have been more acceptable.



On Thursday, March 20, 2008, I went back to the store to return the brand new Catit drinking fountain I purchased on 3/13/08 because my mother-in-law gave me her Petmate drinking fountain (her cat would not use it). I then went to look for a filter for the Petmate drinking fountain and the manger followed me to that section of the store. He leaned in and spoke to me in a threatening tone: “If you try to buy another Catit, I won’t sell it to you.” I felt so threatened and intimidated by his behavior and comments that I came very close to calling the police to file harassment charges.
