Visited here on Sunday, Jan 10th. at lunch time so I assumed the food was fresh. Had to buy a 20 oz. Dt. Dew because they had none in the fountain. 2 adult meals cost $27 and some change. ( no steaks were ordered ) The whole buffet was very limited to choices and they weren't even appetizing looking. Chicken wings were dry, hard and burnt. Mashed potatoes were water logged. Everything I tried was awful to be honest and I normally give great reviews. This place is either going to have to get better cooks immediately or close the doors. This is a "don't waste your time/money place." Save your money and keep on going. I have no choice but to give one star or it won't except my review. I have told everyone in my family and my friends. I will never return !

my name is tonia and I just experienced ponderosa for the first and last time,i hated the food here, the ranch dressing was horrible, the cheese tasted fake, my kid loves mac and cheese but she took one bite and pushed it away, there was no meat too choose from like golden coral, there was dried up chicken nuggets, ketchup meatloaf, and a horri ble mystery meat, the wings wasn't bad at first until I bit into a bloody wing,we decided too just eat dessert it couldn't be any worse,ha the ice cream didn't taste like milk it was water based,,we ended up walkin out the best thing there was the gummy bears, sad too say I wouldn't recommend takin your family here better yet not even ur worse enemy,,,
