A package arrived at my address for a person unknown to me, possibly a previous resident. I took the package to the UPS Store nearby, they would not accept the package, directed me to bring it to s distribution center which is only open M-F 1:30 - 5:30 pm. I am at work during these hours. It is impractical to expect a person to take off work a couple of hours to return the misdirected package. There was no person to speak to at the phone number on the package for the distribution center in IL. Also, the local UPS Store does not have convenient hours for working people.
