I have been going there to get my nails done for several months last week I had a terrible pedicure pedicure I've ever had when I mentioned it to the staff the gentleman there became very argumentative and confrontational I will never go back

Staff was friendly. However, the guy doing my pedicure rushed through it. I was seated next to two women that were in the middle of a pedicure, and was seated and finished before they even had their polish on. Given the cost of a pedicure more effort should apply. I won't be back here

I started going to this place when I worked in Florence, and now that I'm working in downtown Cincinnati I still go here. Because they have a excellent experience on shellac manicure and last forever..

This place is great, it's not dirty. They have great customer service!! They are extremely nice to everyone that comes in. I go here every two weeks and my nails look perfect

Do not go here, they did my nails on Sunday gel fillins and my daughters acrylics. He made my cuticle area bleed, I told him he acted like no big deal, he asked if it hurt I said yes. then the next day all the polish clear coat on my gel was peeling, my daughters acrylics peeled off. instead of giving our money back or offering to fix it, they made it out to be our fault. Never going there again, a waste of money and time.

I was so impressing with a new product for real nails called " Shellac".

14days guaranty, but I have had them on for a month still there. Loved it!



This nails shop very clean and does not smell like others.

This nail salon is dirty and they do not have good customer service. I will never go back!

My friend and i went to have nails done and sat for 2 hours while they went back and forth on six different people. They have terrible customer service. I will never return or recommend them again.
