I called to track my package because it's late and said on Fed Ex Smartpost that the package was delivered to the post office yesterday. Not thinking the post office operated on Sunday and the package being an expensive birthday present I wanted to confirm. I talked to Candy. She was horrible. She had no patience and even cut me off mid sentence to say "There are so many packages here I can't tell you where it's at. Can you call back later with a tracking number? I'm really busy." I was in the middle of giving her my tracking number... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I understand this time of year is hectic but there is no need to get an attitude when I'm being polite and patient. Candy, I'm pretty sure you're the old lady who wears too much makeup and a bad haircut that works the counter. I hope you experience the same attitude you gave me from every customer from today to the end of the year.
