Since1963, Hemphill Construction Company has provided multifaceted construction services for government and private owners throughout the Southeast United States. The company is licensed as a general contractor in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas and Tennessee. Its heavy construction services include excavations, site grading, structural concrete and sheet piling. For paving, concrete and asphalt are offered. Building as many as 900 residential lots per year, Hemphill works with the owners on the feasibility of designs and phase selection.
