Provided by YP.comPlease read this before booking! This hotel looks nothing like their website. It is filthy and run down. The rooms smell like musty urine, mold growing on walls, door frames, and a/c units. Toilets had feces caked around the edges. Never vaccumed, bedding was matted with hair. Pipes, fixtures, and oulets hanging out of wall and unusable. WiFi does not work, breakfast buffet is gross with unsanitary food handling practices. drunk parties all hours of night in dirty unkept pool area (actually had to step over a passed out drunk to get into room. So bad they agreed to move us to a different hotel. Desk staff is rude and the shuttle service Platnum transportation is awful. When we began complaining the night manager told us that they could not afford to keep it looking like the pictures on line or buy the right equipment to actually provide the WiFi they advertise. The only good thing was Carmen of guest relations who finally helped us get out of the place. Completely misrepresents itself-Buyer BEWARE

Provided by YP.comWe stayed at here based on the reviews and we will NOT be returning!! The lady at the front desk was rude, They gave our Luggage to someone else and then I had to go door to door with the Manager to find it and all he could say was "Well atleast we got you into your room early"...NICE! The room that they put us in was dirty I had to have someone come up and clean. The Free drinks were nice however they are from 6-7 and the earliest suttle you can get from parks is 7:15 so your never back in time for happy hour unless you take a cab which will run you about $55

Provided by YP.comI found this hotel online and didnt have much expectations of it being that we just wanted to have a place to stay that was close to the theme parks and that offered free transportation. Upon checking into the hotel I realized that I couldnt of made a better decision than to stay here. The hotel has a New Orleans/Mardi Gras theme, and who doesnt like Mardi Gras! The person who checked up in was very efficient and warm, smiled throught the entire check in process. In addition every other staff member we encountered during our stay always greeted us with a smile. The lobby was a bit crowded so I can tell it must be a busy place. I had a ground floor suite that i can just walk out and the pool area was within a few steps; along with a bar which had FREE DRINKS!!! The room was spacious and we didnt feel cramped or over crowded what so ever. I can tell that they did some renovations to the rooms, property. The beds were comfortable and they had ample amount of linens. They had a free breakfast every morning so it allowed my party to save a little bit of cash. The breakfast area tends to be crowed at certain times but over all the food was good. They offered free shuttle to Disney throughout the morning and one in the evening. The shuttle get full very quickly so we had to make sure we where at the stop at least 20 minutes early. All in all we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, we will keep this place in mind for our future visits to Disney.

Provided by YP.comThis hotel was GREAT! It was everything that was advertised! We enjoyed the pool (My 2 year old loved the kiddie pool!) We loved the free drinks! We had a problem with our microwave and it was fixed within 20 minutes! The rooms were cleaned every day (that included the filling and running of our dishwasher ) and LOTS of clean towels were always left ! The only problem we had was the internet..there was only one place in the room that we could access it! But for the price we paid the service, free breakfast and staff were GREAT! We would stay there again! My kids didn't want to leave!
A couple of tips...eat breakfast early as 8am-9am it gets really busy! Make sure to ask the staff for any help that you need! They are great and work hard to make you happy!
