I needed to have my hair rescued and Patsy Clemmons at First Impressions was recommended to me as the go to person for the job. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted, and taken care of immediately. Patsy colored, highlighted, cut and styled my hair to perfection. I love it!!! She is a talented hair stylist and a wonderful person. All the stylists there are great and they each have their own talents. I highly recommend First Impressions!

First place I have found any favor in!! Really liked my color/cut and the style lasted for days! Answered my questions knowledgeably. Was nice to feel welcome and comfortable.

Been goin here for a while now and been very pleased. Takisha Green is a highly trained professional colorist who's gotten my blonde perfect every time!! Today was no exception!! The people are very friendly and inviting!

Walked in to my surprise, and got a awesome haircut with no waiting! My friend suggested this place and I was very pleased. Also did good eyebrow arching!!!

I was very impressed with the cole change I got here. I was nervous but felt at ease when I sat I the chair! They also did a job on my eye brow tint and wax.

Went in for a color by Charlotte Moore and a pedicure by Charlene Moore I must say they were the best Charlotte was the best she made my hair perfect. Love the color and my high light and my layers she cut in!!!! And Charlene did this best pedicure love her flower design she made my feet feel so lovely n so beautiful. And the other two girls was very sweet

My friend made us an appt today and we had a good time. Nice people, reasonable prices for college kids.I'm gonna try a pedicure next we saw some awesome nail art while there

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I got a perm and a cut by Patsy, the owner. I asked her to get a specific perm due to the delicate nature of my hair. She told me she got it, but she didn't, and she used another perm on my hair. She destroyed my hair, and the cut was awful. She gave me a mushroom haircut. I believe she was trying to cut out all the damage she had done, but that was impossible because it was damaged to the roots. Now, it has been five months, and it is going to take at least another five months for my hair to grow out enough to get rid of the damage she did to it., and in the meantime, I am sleeping in conditioner and having to use leave-in hot oil treatment on my hair after I wash it. I have not been able to do anything with it. I wish I had known before making the appointment, and I hope everyone reads this before making a huge mistake like I did. DO NOT ALLOW HER TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR.

I've been in twice. Once for a highlight. It was horrible! they didn't have the right color so they mixed color and my hair ended up orange. The owners daughters walked around in skimpy clothing and reeking of weed. The second time I went was to tan. There were three girls working at the time, but the shop was filled with a bunch of teenagers who looked like they hadn't bathed in weeks and were high as a kite. I waited twenty minutes just for someone to clean the bed so I could get in. And that's not the worse part! while I was in the owners daughters and the workers started fighting. Yes fighting! they were all screaming and cussing. Did I mention my ten year old was with me? never again. never ever again.

Highly recommend. The only problem I saw was the owner seems like she is on drugs and had her bra hanging all out her dress looked like a mess and just didn't function right. But everyone else in there was really nice and Charlene did a really good job.

Charlotte Moore is a highly trained colorist and never have I had so many compliments on my hair! I've been using her for about two years and every time I run into someone I haven't seen in a while or change my style, people ask me "Who cuts your hair?"

My husband now goes to First Impressions and won't let anyone touch his hair but Jeff!

This full service salon does not disappoint!
