I have been waiting for MRI results for over a week. I have called 4 times and written 3/4 times on the patient portal without results. And the doctor knows I have trouble breathing and am worried about cancer. They don't seem to care. This is at the Palmetto Street HopeHealth. I was at the Cherokee road HopeHealth but they never could keep the bill correct and also were TERRIBLY slow with making appointments, doing referrals, and getting results also. The office staff was AWFUL. Hope Health has problems !!!!!!

Hope health should be called hopeless health! They have no compassion at all for people who have on going health problems! I have many problems with my leg including non healing wounds and I have had blood clots in the leg! I have moved to the area and I was referred to this place when I was released from the hospital and not only did I have to wait 3 weeks to get in but the care I got was horrible from day 1! NP Christy Evens needs to learn how to relate to patients because she has a poor attitude and absolutely poor bedside manners! It takes them days to get back to you and no one seems to care if you have pain! I am sure there are a lot of people who Abuse the system to get pain medication but when you have physical proof of a clot or open wound then its crazy that I have to go thru pain because of others actions! So I am telling you GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! You don't have to Listen to me you can always waste your time to find out yourself!!!!
