I was treated with the utmost care. There is no long wait time and you don't have to have an appointment. I love my new vogue tortoise shell glasses with no by focal lines and Polaroid tented lens. Thank you lens c rafters

Last year went and had an eye exam in Florence,SC . (Contacts & Glasses) I was given a pair of contacts. I had a contact tear so I wasn't sure if they would work or not.. Went and asked if I could buy some contacts to try.. to see if they would work ... told I had to schedule an appointment. (other eye places give you more than one pair to try ... in case they tear!) I decided that it was too much trouble so I just wore my glasses... A year later.. I get a card in the mail stating that my year ck up is scheduled for date and time listed. I called and I was not on the books... gave my appointment to someone else... but I could rescheule and they weren't sure why I wasn't on the books. I had already written it on my books! I guess the customer is wrong... Do not waste your time with these people.. POOR customer relations... take your business somewhere else like me...
