I've used Palmetto Animal Hospital since my lab Lilly was a puppy. She eats EVERY THING and when she became sick I called and they quickly fit her in for that day. Lilly had to have surgery and they kept me up to date on how she was doing every step of the way. The way they cared for Lilly (and myself) made me proud I chose Palmetto Animal Hospital. I highly recommend these great people!

When my elderly parents' dog became suddenly ill I called their usual vet, however since it was almost 5 pm they said they couldn't help. So I called the Palmetto Animal Hospital and even though they hadn't used them before they offered to see the dog right before closing and help assist my parents to the best of their ability. They were very professional, caring and compassionate to the situation. The dog had to be put down because of her age and health issues, but we will continue to use them for the other fur babies that we do have in the family. I've used most of the vets in Florence and I must say, this one is definitely the best one! Thanks Palmetto Animal Hospital.
