Food was very good. Wait was longer than expected, and other customers were saying the same.

not nice wont give people who want to work a chance even people who can only work m-f.get a life............................................

I go here almost everyday and this time i notice how thry are comming along and how nicely the manager came to me and check on me while i was eating food was great and amanda is always a pleasant to see shrbis such a nice young lady..see ya soon

Stop here off 95 and went out of my way to go to Panera. Was traveling so ordered to go. Back on the road and went to eat the Turkey and apple/cold slaw sandwich and was so upset that there was no turkey on it. Nothing , nada. Was to far down the road to do anything but called the store to complain, Bad joke for sure. Won't go back to Panera.

If I had the option, I wouldn't even give this business a rating! They DO NOT even deserve "one star"! If you want to waste your money and deal with rude, snobby individual(including the managers) visit this Panera Bread Bakery! I have always experienced such nice and friendly people at different Panera bread locations, but not this one! After being excited about a Panera bread bakery coming to Florence, and this location only being open a week. I will most definitely not return or recommend to anyone!
